IndiHome is in fact a brand of Telkom Indonesia. It was started as a special service dedicated to home users by Telkom. The company decided to offer broadband internet access, TV bundles and voice service combined in a packet and offer these at very reasonable prices. As actually IndiHome is a sub-brand of Telkom Indonesia it should not be considered as an ISP, but due he differences in offer and variety of available packages it is considered by most of customers as a separate company.
Description
IndiHome Dual Play is combination of broadband unsymmetrical internet access, phone service and cloud service offered for individual customers. It is available in three different variants with different download speed, but with identical cloud storage (8 GB) and similar phone service.
The company provides technical support, no data transfer limit and optional modem with router.
