ETECSA (Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba SA) was established in 1994. It is an operator that specializes in providing Internet access, data, mobile and fixed telephony services. Their mission is to deliver telecommunications services across Cuba to meet the requirements of clients and the public sector. They would like to support the needs of socio-economic development of Cuba and delivers access to the Internet even to the most remote places in the country.

ETECSA offers Frame Relay service across Cuba. It’s aimed at the commercial sector, which gives opportunity to get the access to many computer systems via a single PC, terminal or LAN.
