Baycom Sdn Bhd (Baycom) is a VSAT services provider incorporated in Malaysia in 2000. Baycom
as a satellite company, is essentially a VSAT solutions provider and VSAT internet service provider
offering a high quality service level agreement (SLA).
Baycom as a VSAT services provider is a managed network services company licensed to operate
by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). It is a MSC status
company holding the Network Service Provider (NSP), Network Facility Provider (NFP) and
Application Service Provider (ASP) licenses.

Baycom today offers VSAT satellite services as its core offering, WiFi installation and
management, microwave point to multipoint services and small cells services. These can be
summarised into the following categories:
-  Backhaul via satellite services
-  Bridging via WiFi bridges and Point to Multipoint (PMP) connections
-  Radio access networks via WiFi, Femtocells and Nanocells
Baycom's clients in this space include mobile cellular operators, banks, utilities and oil and gas
companies. Its technology partners are Hughes, Measat, Ruckus, Alcatel-Lucent and Altobridge.
