It's done by monitoring, analyzing & forecasting the development of international networks to exchange international data. SpaceNet can operates because it's based on the Data Center of the Institute of Space Research Russian Academy of Sciences.

Internet / SPACENet is a Telecommunication Project thanks to which there will be the possibility to provide telematic services thanks to the tasks of monitoring and analyzing & forecasting the development of global networks. The aim of this is the improvement of the exchange systems for scientific data.
