Libya Telecom and Technology (LTT) is the first and main Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Libya, started in 1997.

It Internet access service that works by splitting your existing telephone line signal into two parts, one for voice and the other for data.
This means that an existing single telephone line can be used simultaneously for data and voice transmissions, so you can surf the net at speeds of 512 Kbps, and make or take telephone calls at the same time.
