Leading supporters of CCIL are the West Chester Area Education Association, Chester County Hospital and West Chester University. CCIL is financed only via grants and user donations.

Chester County Interlink Dial up is an offer for residents of Pennsylvania. Usage of the Dial-up connection is restricted to 1 hour or up to 3 hours per day, depending on the time of day. Includes an email account. You must be a resident of the county to qualify.
