Question about internet service

Dear Sir/Madam, I am considering connecting a village to the internet via your satellite connection, and was wondering about the prices and connectivity - is it possible to get a normal ("western") internet connection, including video watching and file downloads, in the scale of a small (500 people) village? If so, what are the costs per day/month/year for an entire village. how many devices does one need for such a challenge?
