To whom this may concern. we are a Non Governement Organisation called "Saint Hilaire" locate in the outskirt of Kinshasa city - we are running a small business to benefit the youth of the area we are serving - we would like to implement an internet connection in order to serve our training centre of 20 work stations and internet cafe for about 15 work stations.
