Need high speed Satellite Internet connection at a remote location within Maharashtra state..

Hello, i stay at Vasai but my parents stay in a very remote area near Karjat-Neral.. I wish them to have a decent internet connectivity.. Also wanna ask..is it possible to access internet from multiple locations through one Satellite connection? If so, what would be the radius limits in kms? Would the same be applicable whilst we are on the move?as in while traveling..? And can we watch Tv Channels too? Thank You !
