Attaining Starlink service for personal use

Hi there, Im looking for a good link to the internet for Sri Lanka, my parents need something that isn't so unreliable, which unfortunately the Sri-Lankan internet is! Plus there is no responsibility taken for when their service is down. We dont want to be in this position anymore and are looking elsewhere to get better connected to the world! Can someone please let us know what the p/m provides please? What is the setup cost and if its possible to move fwd, how quickly can things move fwd? Thanks, Asha
