Is my 1 year old SIM card bought in Greece still usable after 1 year of no use ?

Kalimera, I am from South Africa, and visiting Athens from 4 May 2022. Last year in Athens I bought 2 Vodafone sim cards, for cellphone ( voice and data) and the other to use in a wifi dongle for Data. When I get to Airport in Athens, can I just purchase voice/air time and data from Wind and be connected in Greece without any problems ? , Your assistance will be appreciated, Thanking you, Sylvia
