Internet availability for Puerto Rico

I live in the South of Puerto Rico. I am looking for a connection to the TS2 SPACE Internet via satellite. Puerto Rico was recently hit hard by Hurricane Maria and communication and internet services have been greatly lost. I would like to know if they cover Puerto Rico (Yauco town) and the monthly costs.
