Satellite Service needed
Hi My name is Tanya and I am the event manager for the BPM festival. The BPM festival is a 10-day music festival held in Playa del Carmen Mexico. I would need someone to please contact me regarding price quotes & information on Juch-Tech Inc. satellite services. Some of our events are held in the jungle where there is no access to wireless Wi-Fi and we would need to upgrade to a satellite service to cater to our needs. The important key-points for us are the following: • Exclusive bandwidth just for the festival • Stronger service • Service Never goes down • No one externally uses our network • 50% upload, 50% download • I would also need to know if we can split the bandwidth between networks: 15% for the venues (scanners), 80% operations (streaming, ATM) & 5% for the fans (attendees) • We also have hard cabling for our box office; I would need to know if that can be accessed by our satellite (there needs to be a high bandwidth line tied to a commercial-grade WIFI router at the box-office) • I would need to know the speeds offered, reliability (as January can be rainy season here in PDC), the security features • The duration of the contract • Installations costs (if any) • Prices • Conditions • And anything else you feel we need that I may not have listed above. Please note our festival this year will be held Jan 6th to Jan 15th , 2017, therefore I would need quick feedback on your behalf. Thank you and waiting for your reply
Sat Internet Service
I would like to get a complete quote for equipment, installation, and monthly charges for different speed/volume of data options. For a comparison or reality check I would like to know is your 500kbs download speed actual? or is it like the closest local service provider Telmex whom sells a 5mg download speed package that runs at best around 500kbs. With your service will I be clocking 500kbs or 1/10th of what you say 50kbs? I currently live in an area 5 miles outside the range of broadband service with Telmex I only have dial up service available but for months now that has not worked either. Do I need an installation? or can I install the system myself? I have all tools and ability to place equipment but am unsure of finding to actual signal for the best connection possible. I do know a Sat installer maybe he can tune it for me? Address is as close as I can get it for now.
Internet
Trying to find internet options in Boca de Tamatlan / Mismaloya, south of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. No cable available as lines are all taken and they do not plan on installing more (telmex and izzi). Can you help me with this? Jeanne

Internet in rural Mexico
Hello, I did a google search for satellite internet and you were a top hit. I have family in two towns in Mexico but one is considerably more rural. There is a small Internet cafe there, but I was interested in home WIFI and the possibility of a second internet Hub. I dropped a pin, not exact address: Mezquital del Oro, ZAC Mexico It's located in a valley so I am also interested in finding out a bit more about coverage and broadcast distance if they have a landline I'm not aware of. Thanks in advance, Christopher
