Satellite Service needed Hi My name is Tanya Papa and I am the event manager for the BPM festival. The BPM festival is a 10-day music festival held in Playa del Carmen Mexico. I would need someone to please contact me regarding price quotes & information on Businesscom Networks satellite services. Some of our events are held in the jungle where there is no access to wireless Wi-Fi and we would need to upgrade to a satellite service to cater to our needs. The important key-points for us are the following: • Exclusive bandwidth just for the festival • Stronger service • Service Never goes down • No one externally uses our network • 50% upload, 50% download • I would also need to know if we can split the bandwidth between networks: 15% for the venues (scanners), 80% operations (streaming, ATM) & 5% for the fans (attendees) • We also have hard cabling for our box office; I would need to know if that can be accessed by our satellite (there needs to be a high bandwidth line tied to a commercial-grade WIFI router at the box-office) • I would need to know the speeds offered, reliability (as January can be rainy season here in PDC), the security features • The duration of the contract • Installations costs (if any) • Prices • Conditions • And anything else you feel we need that I may not have listed above. Please note our festival this year will be held Jan 6th to Jan 15th , 2017, therefore I would need quick feedback on your behalf. Thank you and waiting for your reply |
