Hello, I am a long time Nifty customer. With in the last 2 years i have seen a decrease in internet speed. I have hikari gig server but with nifty i am downloading at 5-15 MBPS and the upload varries from 20- 200 MBPS. I would expect much higher for gigbit service. Can you fix this problem. If you can not you will lose me as a customer and about 100 more teachers here in Japan.
