Prospects for fiber-optic internet service?

(I hope you can handle English, because I am too new to handle Hebrew.) What are the prospects for fast Bezeq Internet via fiber optics on Nili Street in Katamon, in Jerusalem? The apartment we have bought is under complete renovation. Should we do any cabling in anticipation? If so, can you provide any guidance? Thank you very much. Joel
