Starlink satellite internet in Hungary

We recently relocated to Hungary from Los Angeles. The speed we were used to in SoCal is not found in Hungary. In searching for options, I came across SpaceX. Please let me know a) if it is available in Budapest, b) how much it costs, c) what are the requirements as we are renting and not yet homeowners here. Thanks, Cat
