Hi, My name is Larry Young. I'm working with the Catholic Diocese of Orlando, FL. We sponsor several schools in the Dominical Republic and we are trying to provide affordable Internet service to these schools. We are working at the following locations: School Location High School Azua, Dominican Republic Middle School Los Frios, Dominican Republic Primary School Los Frios, Dominican Republic Primary School Montazo, Dominican Republic Since this is mission work, we obviously have a limited budget. Can you please tell me the initial setup costs and the on-going monthly costs to install Internet service at the above locations. The affordable bit rate appears to be KU-band at 512 kbit/sec upload and 128 kbit/sec download. Can you please explain the FAP ration of 20:1? I assume it’s a contention ration that basically states that if there were 20 users we would need to divide the available bandwidth by 20 to determine the individual bandwidth. Is that correct? Regards, Larry
