How does this work? For a research project, I have to hypothetically provide internet to Congolese hospitals. I've been looking through your products and I decided that since we're only going to be using Microsoft Dynamics (a cloud type service that allows data storage, emails, etc.), we wouldn't a need a very expensive package. The information for it is as follows; "SES4 - Internet over Africa, Europe and Americas, 512 kbit/s, 128 kbit/s, 20:1, 5.00 unlimited." I then have a few questions; 1. What does a 20:1 ratio mean? 3.
