I plan to open an Internet service in CHAD country, in order to supply at my level other services. Globaly, I plan to be ISP in CHAD. I know. Internet speed must varie between 512kb/s and 15Mb/s in download. For upload, less than 2 Mb/s will be acceptable. Best regards
