i draft here a brief of us and what we need, for your reference and process.
We are a Telecom Internet Services Provider In Cameroon, country in the region of Central Africa, with full licence which cover all the country. From next year, all new license will be deliver per region (like in india), after adoption of law by Parlement. Those with full licence will continu to cover all the country.

The services included in our licence are :
- Internet (wimax,wifi,....), Voip, ROiP, Vsat
- Telecom Value added Services : MVNO, Call center, SMS 2 way, other VAS.
We are also in process to acquire the licence of TV to be able to do triple play, digital Tv, and other services related.
Our goal :
We are looking for a telecom or ISP operator, who are interested to invest in Cameroon, in Telecom services. We are different type of partnership to provide all theses services, which require huge investments
Our offer to investor :
In order to secure funds of investors, we will open the capital and increase it to 250,000,000 Fcfa (around 460,000€), and share 40 to 49% to the investors.
On other side, the investor can have the post of Chairman of Board or C.E.O. He can also take in charge Some strategic departments, like finance of technical for eg. But this step will be discuss when needed.
Our needs :
We need Investment to :
- fund Working Capital
- fund supplier, like optic fiber bandwith
- fund yearly fees of ART (Telecom Regulatory Board)
- fund the acquisition and deployment of Telecom equipment (Assets) in at least 4 Town the first 12 month, and then progressively.
- others related services.
We plan to use frequences in 2,4 GHz and 5,xxx GHz, and launch wifi and wimax services first.
Based on our forecast, we need minimum 1.5 million euro for first year, but 2 million will be more secured. The main competitors in the market of internet has invest there is 4 year 9 million euro in country with a swiss company partner.
Market :
The penetration rate of internet in Cameroon actually is around 10/1000, officialy.
The country have around 25 millions habitants, officially!
We have 2 fiber optic cable, Sat3 and mainone. A third is coming.
We have 3 GSM operator, and recently a 4th GSM with exclusivity of 3G for one year.
A new Investment Law is operational since 2013, in order to attract and facilitate Foreign Investment.
Our licence is the last which have been given in Cameroon since january 2013.
