The Sedgwick County Register of Deeds will be opening a satellite office on Monday, August 21st. This office will be located at 5620 E. Kellogg Drive, within the Sedgwick County Tag Office. Conveniently, it will be situated directly across the street from the Dole VA Medical Center, providing veterans with easy accessibility.

The new satellite office of the Register of Deeds will offer various services. These include recording documents, filing DD214 military discharge forms, and issuing military discount cards.

Tonya Buckingham, the Sedgwick County Register of Deeds, expressed her enthusiasm for the new satellite office. She stated that the decision to share space with the Kellogg Tag Office will benefit customers, especially veterans. The location will make it easier for individuals on the east side of Wichita, particularly those coming from the VA Center, to handle their business with the County in one convenient stop.

The satellite office will operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will be closed for lunch between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. If you would like more information about the services offered by the Register of Deeds, please click here.
