With the start of the 2023 Forest River Owners Group (FROG) International Rally, attendees are engaging in workshops, seminars, and meet-and-greets with manufacturers. Among the popular topics this year are electric bicycles and Starlink dishes.

Electric bicycles have gained significant popularity among RVers, with many attendees at the rally owning them. Similarly, a good number of RVs were equipped with Starlink dishes, showcasing the growing interest in this technology.

Another emerging trend at the rally is the interest in high-performance solar and lithium battery systems. ABC Upfitters, a provider of OEM power and solar systems for various Forest River brands, as well as aftermarket upfits, conducted a seminar on this subject. RVers showed great curiosity and attended in large numbers, asking questions about the capabilities of solar and lithium systems. Ben Miller of ABC Upfitters expressed excitement about the positive response and the opportunity to showcase this technology throughout the week.

In addition to the focus on solar and lithium systems, there were also seminars dedicated to boondocking and power management. Attendees were eager to learn about these topics and had plenty of questions.

Alongside the educational programs, the FROG rally attracted many pet owners. While dogs were expected to be the most common choice among RVers, cats made a strong showing, followed by birds. Canine companions were seen traveling with their owners and even attending seminars, often in strollers or carriers.

Moreover, the rally provided an opportunity for RVers to connect with one another. Factory-authorized technicians were available to provide repairs for newer RV models, but many attendees simply enjoyed catching up with friends and sharing stories of their adventures. The atmosphere was filled with music as talented travelers entertained the crowd.

Overall, the FROG rally proved to be an engaging and valuable event for RVers, with seminars covering a range of topics from solar systems to pet care.
