The Sedgwick County Register of Deeds is launching a new satellite office on August 21st. Located at 5620 E. Kellogg Drive, this office is situated conveniently across from the Dole VA Medical Center, providing easy access for veterans in the area.

The main services offered at the new location include recording documents, filing DD214 military discharge forms, and issuing military discount cards. This expansion aims to provide a full-service location for customers on the east side of Wichita, particularly veterans who visit the nearby VA Center.

Tonya Buckingham, the Sedgwick County Register of Deeds, expressed her pride in offering this additional location. By sharing space with the Kellogg Tag Office, it ensures that customers can conveniently take care of their business with the county in one stop.

The satellite office will be open from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a lunch break from noon to 1 p.m. This schedule allows for efficient service throughout the day.
