Tonawanda Man In Stable Condition After Shooting

A 27-year-old man from Tonawanda is currently in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center following a shooting incident on Monday evening. Buffalo police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge reported that the man was struck by gunfire while sitting inside a vehicle in the 200 block of Dorris Avenue, off Bailey Avenue, south of the Kensington Expressway.

The shooting occurred just after 8 p.m., and Northeast District officers quickly responded to the scene. The victim was then transported to ECMC by ambulance for medical treatment.
