Motorola is reportedly working on a new Android mid-range smartphone, the Moto G84 5G. While details about its release date, pricing, and availability are still unknown, the phone has been rendered in three eye-catching colors by Evan Blass.

The Moto G84 5G is shown in a light gray, dark gray, and Viva Magenta. It features a primary 50MP camera with OIS and large 2.0 micron pixels on the back. There is also a secondary sensor, the specifications of which are currently undisclosed. The side buttons suggest that the phone will have fingerprint recognition directly on the screen, an upgrade from previous Motorola models.

Contrary to its name, the Moto G84 5G is expected to have a smaller 5,000mAh battery compared to the G54 5G. However, this detail has not been officially confirmed by the leaked product depictions.

The Moto G84 appears to have a more “premium” look compared to the G54, especially in Pantone’s color of the year. There is also a possibility that the G84 will be available in a “Vegan Leather” option, further differentiating it from other mid-range phones.
