In the latest release of the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game, a new set of cards has been introduced, including the powerful card “Esperade the Smashing Superstar” and its supporting cards. These cards bring a fresh and exciting gameplay experience for fans of psychic-type monsters.

“Esperade the Smashing Superstar” is an alternate artwork card, part of the Over Rush Rare series. With an attack power of 500 and a defense of 0, this level 2 LIGHT psychic effect monster has a special ability that triggers when it is normal or special summoned during the main phase. When this condition is met, players can send the top 2 cards of their deck to the graveyard. If “Esperade the Smashing Superstar” is on the field, players also have the option to choose and destroy one spell/trap card controlled by their opponent.

To complement the power of “Esperade the Smashing Superstar,” two new support cards have also been released. The first one is “Star’s Hand Camera Lady,” a level 2 LIGHT psychic effect monster with an attack power of 500 and a defense of 0. This card allows players to send the top 2 cards of their deck to the graveyard when it is normal or special summoned during the main phase.

The second support card is “Miracle Pick,” a normal spell card that requires players to reveal a level 7 LIGHT or DARK psychic monster with 0 DEF from their hand to their opponent. This card allows players to excavate the top 3 cards of their deck and reveal them to their opponent. The player then chooses 1 excavated card to add to their hand, while the remaining cards are sent to the graveyard. However, during the turn this card is activated, players can only attack with Omega Psychic or Psychic monsters.

Another new addition is the trap card “Peace & Rock n’ Roll.” By fulfilling the requirement of controlling a face-up “Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar” or “Esperade the Smashing Superstar” when the opponent normal or special summons a monster(s), players can activate this card. It allows players to destroy one monster controlled by their opponent. If the player’s LP is 2000 or less, they also receive the benefit of taking no battle damage or damage from their opponent’s effects during that turn.

These new cards provide players with exciting strategies and options to enhance their psychic-type decks. With “Esperade the Smashing Superstar” leading the way, players can unleash powerful psychic abilities and control the field like never before.
