Realme 11 5G and Realme 11X 5G Set to Launch in India This Month

Realme has officially announced that it will launch the Realme 11 5G and Realme 11X 5G in India on August 23 at 12 PM IST. These smartphones are expected to have similar specifications, with the Realme 11X 5G likely to be priced lower than the base variant.

Promotional images released by Realme showcase the design and color options of the upcoming handsets. Both phones feature a center-aligned punch-hole slot at the top of the display for the front camera. The back panel has a shimmery finish and a larger circular camera module with an LED flash unit located in the top left corner.

According to leaked information from SVZTechInfo, pre-orders for the Realme 11 and Realme 11X will start on August 23 and continue until August 28, when the handsets are expected to be available for sale. Customers who pre-order the base variant may receive a free Realme Buds Wireless 2 Neo worth Rs. 1,299, while those pre-ordering the Realme 11X may get a free Realme Buds 2 worth Rs. 599.

The Realme 11 5G is rumored to have a ‘glory halo’ design, while the Realme 11X is said to feature an S-curve design. Both devices are expected to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC and sport a 6.72-inch full-HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The Realme 11 5G is expected to be available in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants, and the color options may include Glory Black and Glory Gold. On the other hand, the Realme 11X 5G is likely to come in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants, with color options of Midnight Black and Purple Dawn.

As for the cameras, the Realme 11 is confirmed to feature a 108-megapixel primary rear sensor, accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash unit. It will also have a 16-megapixel front camera. The Realme 11X is rumored to have a 64-megapixel primary rear sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel selfie sensor.

The Realme 11 5G will support 67W SuperVOOC wired fast charging, while the Realme 11X is expected to support 33W fast charging. Both phones are likely to have a 5,000mAh battery. They are also expected to run on Android 13-based Realme UI and support 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C connectivity. Additionally, they will feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
