Motorola Solutions has announced the expansion of its Next Generation Core Services (NGCS) portfolio with the introduction of CommandCentral Router, a cloud-based 9-1-1 call routing platform. The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) i3-compliant solution is compatible with all of Motorola Solutions’ emergency call management products and offers reliable and mission-critical 9-1-1 call routing performance through a cloud-based solution.

Motorola Solution’s next-generation call routing solutions are currently being used by North American agencies serving approximately 45 million people. Several state and local government agencies, including Berkeley County in West Virginia, have signed on to deploy CommandCentral Router in 2024. The cloud-based platform will ensure that emergency and non-emergency calls are routed without disruption or delay.

CommandCentral Router provides agencies with the flexibility to choose the 9-1-1 call routing solution that best suits their needs.
