Huawei Mate 60 Series: New Breakthrough in Satellite Communication SMS Technology

Huawei is set to introduce a new advancement in satellite communication SMS technology with its upcoming Mate 60 series. According to tipster Wangzhaiknows, the company is not done with satellite communication technology and is actively developing new satellite SMS technologies for its upcoming phones.

Last year, Huawei unveiled the Mate 50 series, which featured the first-ever satellite SMS feature. This groundbreaking technology allowed users to send SMS without a mobile network, utilizing China’s Beidou satellite and taking advantage of free SMS quotas.

Earlier this year, Huawei launched the P60 series, which introduced a two-way satellite SMS capability. This meant that users could now send and receive SMS directly over satellite.

While there are no details available yet about the specifics of the new satellite SMS technology for the Mate 60 series, it is expected to be even more advanced than its predecessors.

In addition to the satellite communication advancements, reports suggest that the Mate 60 series will come with a redesigned circular camera system. The rear circular module is set to be larger than that of the Mate 50 series.

The new flagship smartphone also has a new smart island notch, rumored to resemble the design of the iPhone 14 Pro models. However, it is likely that Huawei will optimize the appearance for a better outlook.

Although Huawei has not officially announced the launch date for the Mate 60 series, it is expected to be unveiled in September.
