Description

At 2.4 kbps, data is very slow in satellite mode; however, a respectable 9.6 kbps can be achieved in GSM mode.

For faster data speeds you may want to consider the lightweight BGAN which offers a single user broadband data speeds and phone access (multi-user options are available). Be advised however that this equipment must be stationary to receive a signal and transmit.
