Currently it is present in parts of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul and São Paulo for consumers, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro and Distrito Federal for business companies, with a total of 87 cities served and always expanding their coverage area.

Algar Telecom S.A., the telecom division of Brazilian group Algar, offers voice, data and internet communications; IT services; landline and mobile telephony, broadband internet, data communication, and DTH and cable TV services in Brazil's Minas Gerais, Goias, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Paraná states and Brasília. It also provides technology solutions for business processes and telecom engineering and IT solutions. Formerly known as CTCB Telecom, Algar operates some 19,000km of optical network installed in the southeast of Brazil, serving 1.3mn clients. In 2015 the company selected Finnish telecom infrastructure provider Nokia Networks for a five-year contract to supply LTE solutions in the 700MHz spectrum.
