Does TS2 SPACE have discounts available on service and/or hardware for 2 Mbs downlink in Haiti? The switch from a Hughes modem on Ku to iDirect on C is a barrier for us. Can you help us get this barrier? If we start with 15:1 how difficult is it for us to upgrade? Can we get some discount if we have to upgrade? How does your system work with Business Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom? What video conferencing system would you recommend for conferences of 6 or fewer people with only one or two on GEO satellites? Thank you very much for your global coverage with this high quality equipment and for your support. Ed |

Vodafone Internet Modem for Home in Reykjavik Hi, We are based in the US but own an apartment in Reykjavik. We intend to spend the remainder of June through August there and are curious how we could install Internet service for the apartment. Is there a way to get a satellite modem through any of the providers? Thank you for your attention and advice. Stefanie |
Internet Bandwidth Looking to see what EIRP signals from what spacecraft and then what BW TS2 SPACE can supply. What frequency is available, size antenna needed, BUC, etc. Would you have Geostationary or LEO/MEO capability at the current time. We are an integrator looking to suppl;y a system for one of our clients. Pricing will need to be discussed as well. |

Accessibility Resource Hi, I wanted to reach out to you because I noticed you included some insightful information about internet service providers on your page here: https://isp.today/ Our team created a comprehensive guide highlighting research on the digital divide and accessibility on choosing an internet provider. I have included it below and thought you may be interested in reading more about it. Allconnect - Can You Choose Your Internet Provider: https://www.allconnect.com/blog/can-you-really-choose-your-internet-provider With millions of people working and learning from home during the pandemic, internet access has become an increasingly vital part of every household. Despite its necessity, there is less internet availability throughout low-density and rural areas and the provider prices are often out of reach for low-income households. Due to these difficulties, we wanted to provide more information for those who were researching internet provider accessibility. Our guide includes: Considerations on Internet Service Providers While Moving The Digital Divide and Provider Monopolies Emerging Technologies to Close the Digital Divide Would you consider adding our resource to your page that I listed above or another page of your choosing? Thank you again, I look forward to hearing from you! Gratefully, Jess Hunt |

Availability in Tulum, Quintana Roo I live in an off-grid community. NO wired or cable connections. We all use solar for our electricity needs and have cisterns for our water. Wireless internet is all that is available and speeds are 1) Not high speed (3-5 Mb); 2) Rarely delivers the speeds paid for and, 3) loss of signal is common. If Megacable - 20 Mbps Nitro internet and more is available to us, there is a very good chance that more of my neighbors would transfer to your company rather than stick with what we have. |
