Question regarding comunitel.net service IP address hostname

Hi - I just curious if this comunitel.net IP address hostname din-172-188-231-77.ipcom.comunitel.net is a static or dynamically assigned address? What does the "din-" reference mean in the hostname as I don't see "adsl" or "static" in the name....so I'm curious what this hostname is referring to. thx for any info. Regards, M
