How to establish internet in Santiago if I arrive there in September 2018

I currently live in California. On September 1 I will be living in Santiago, Chile. Is it possible to establish internet service if the only thing I know is the address that I am going to have in September? Before I worked and lived in Santiago but I must renew my identity card there when I arrive. What do I do to not interrupt internet service?
