Hi, My name is Guillaume and I am working for Afrikanet, a satellite provider. I would like to know how we can be better displayed on your website. Indeed, we are covering all Africa with different solutions (Ku-band, C-band). We have even now a Ka-band solution very interesting in terms of prices and we would like to appear on the website when a search by country is made. Please come back to me to know how we can improve our presence on your website.

Wifi
Good afternoon, I am a tenant at The Bridewell Caro student living in Liverpool, UK and we have been experiencing multiple issues with the wifi since September 2021 when we moved in. The wifi doesn't recognise that the IP address is in the UK, which affects all streaming sights and we can't watch anything on catch up TV, including ITV player, BBC iplayer and All 4 (and these are the ones we're aware of). It's an issue with the wifi as it doesn't work in any of our rooms, both kitchen TV's and our phones. All devices connected to the wifi. Attached are pictures of the messages that come up on the TV screen when we're trying to access these sites.  It would be much appreciated if you could resolve this problem as soon as possible please. Thank you.   Kind regards, Siona
