Internet min. 50 Mbit Full Duplex

Dear all, I would like to know if Ukrtelecom JSC can provide a 50Mbit full duplex connection for a new Office in Kiev. We are a company in Germany with some employees from Ukraine/Kiev and we would open a small office there (6-10 employees) and looking for an internet and telephone provider.
