Bandwidth and installation question

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a house just outside Ourique in Southern Portugal which currently has no telephone connection nearby. According to Cabovisão website I can get 200Mb/s upload and download via fibre for just under €18/month, sounds fantastic, what am I missing? Kind regards Martin
