| Dear Sirs, We are looking to get a quote for the following service provide : provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide wireless (satellite) dedicated internet services, internet capabilities with a download rate of 25 Mbps depending on the use and location and an upload rate of l0 Mbps to be available to US forces at At Tanf Garrison and at Combat Outpost throughout the 55 Deconfliction Zone. This is going to be for the benefit of the Jordanian Task Force The period of performance shall be for 12 months with warranty coverage of the satellite packages purchased. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year - 30 November 2019 - 30 November 2020 (Type I Internet) l.4 Recognized Holidays: Service is to be provided 24 hour s a day to include any and all holidays. The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 00:00-23:59 Monday thru Sunday. The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is no t closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the Contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the workforce are essential. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at a Task Force Jordan At Tanf (Syria) Garrison, Syria. Contractor should be aware that this location may change in a short notice and breakdown and setup of the system will be required. Contractor should also be aware that all personnel performing work under this contract must meet the requirements to enter the countries of Jordan and Syria and clear security checkpoints. Contractor personnel performing work under this contract will be escorted by Jordanian Task Force personnel at all times when on the base. The contractor will be escorting from H5 Prince Hasan Air base to Syria to do the installation and will escorting back to Jordan Please send us your quote no later than 5th of NOV 5-2019 |
