Urgent: Follow-Up Settlement of PT Multi Teknologi Sejahtra's Debts/Liabilities to Our Clients
Dear Main Director and/or the party authorized to legally represent PT Multi Teknologi Sejahtra, In connection with this, Thursday, December 20 2018, there has been no official response from PT Multi Teknologi Sejahtra ("PT MTS") or no contact. and/or discuss carefully to provide confirmation and/or realization of payment of bills that are in arrears for the use of services that have been provided by our Clients, through this email we convey and reaffirm the following matters: That the Agreement between PT MTS and Our client dated 08 November 2010 signed by Mr. Romi Herwandi Budiardjo, also known as Romi H. Budiardjo, acted as the Main Director at PT MTS (red: the party legally representing PT MTS at that time), so that according to law, the agreement for the use of XL Non GSM services of the Leased Line type it binds PT MTS. Whereas PT MTS did not make payments for the use of Leased Line Non-GSM XL Services, so that it is still a debt or obligation that must be borne by PT MTS, for the position as of February 20, 2017 amounting to Rp.272,222,878.- (two hundred and seven twenty two million two hundred twenty two thousand eight hundred seventy eight Rupiah) with the following details: Principal Debt : Rp. 263,120,000, - Fine/Penalty : Rp. 9,102,878.- + Total : Rp.272,222,878.- The amount of the obligations and/or debts mentioned above will continue to increase due to the addition of late fees until the obligations and/or debts are paid in full. Based on the above, we ask you as a fiduciary and/or authorized party to take action in good faith and with full responsibility on behalf of PT MTS to ensure PT MTS's obligations (red: paying off debt) to our clients. . Thus we convey it to be concerned and followed up and/or resolved by you and/or PT MTS, one thing or another, so that the resolution of this problem does not drag on.
