Satellite Broadband in New Territiories, Hong Kong (Sai Kung)

I have just moved to Hong Kong and planning to rent accommodation in Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong and fibre cable is not available for foreseeable future and the broadband is max 100mbps (but in practice is <12mbps download speed). I want to enquire about possibility to set up TS2 SPACE satellite broadband service and what the cost is to set up and monthly. I would like to work from home but need Video Conference capability and the existing service is not consistent.
