REMOVAL OF FALLEN CABLE WIRE ON OUR PROPERTY

Good Day, There's a cable wire dangling from one of our rafter feet onto the yard on our property. It has been there since the last hurricane. The wire has come from the utility pole that it was attached to. One of our previous tenants had your service. We would sincerely appreciate it if one of your service technicians can come and remove the cable. Please advise when someone can come and remove it.
