SpaceX Targets October 28 for Falcon 9 Launch of Starlink Satellites

SpaceX has announced that it is targeting Saturday, October 28, for the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket carrying Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit. The launch will take place between 7:30-11:30 p.m. EDT from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.

This mission will involve the deployment of another batch of second-generation Starlink V2 Mini internet satellites. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will then attempt to land on the drone ship “Just Read the Instructions” in the Atlantic Ocean.
