The contract, with a 0 million ceiling, solidifies OneWeb Technologies’ position as a leading provider of low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite services, particularly in the field of satellite communications.

Under the Department of Defense’s acquisition plan, the U.S. Space Force’s Commercial Satellite Communications Office (CSCO) manages the use of commercial satellite communications (COMSATCOM) bandwidth. The CSCO matches the needs of various U.S. military organizations and Department of Defense (DoD) customers with COMSATCOM bandwidth and services.
