Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme 11 5G and the Realme 11x 5G in India. The official launch date for these smartphones has been confirmed as August 23 at 12 pm. The launch event will be live-streamed on Realme’s YouTube channel, and updates can also be followed on Twitter and Facebook.

The new Realme phones will feature a flat-edge design, distinguishing them from the Realme 11 Pro models. They will sport a large circular camera hump on the rear, consisting of two big camera housings. The devices will be available in black, beige, and blue colors.

In terms of camera specifications, the Realme 11 5G will come with a 108MP primary shooter, while the ‘x’ variant will have a 64MP main camera. The Realme 11 5G will support 67W fast charging, while the Realme 11x will offer 33W fast charging. The Realme 11x is likely a rebranded version of the Chinese Realme 11, equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 chipset, a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 5,000mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Realme 11 5G is expected to feature a larger 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, and the same 5,000mAh battery as the Realme 11x. It is also expected to be priced under Rs 20,000, but official confirmation is still awaited.
