OnePlus has released new OxygenOS updates for its OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G and Nord 3 devices in India. The updates, labeled OxygenOS 13.1.1.224 and OxygenOS 13.1.0.561 respectively, bring the Android security patches for August 2023 along with several enhancements and optimizations to improve the user experience.

The OxygenOS 13.1.1.224 update for the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G addresses an issue related to audio and video synchronization during Screencast usage. Additionally, camera-related improvements have been made, including better image stabilization in strong lighting conditions, improved video quality from the front camera in low-light settings, and enhanced portrait photo quality from the front camera in specific scenarios.

The complete update changelog includes improvements to system performance and stability, stability of network connections, and camera enhancements.

Meanwhile, the OxygenOS 13.1.0.561 update for the OnePlus Nord 3 focuses on extending battery life and improving system stability. It also includes the August 2023 Android security patch to enhance system security.

The updates will be rolled out Over-The-Air (OTA) in an incremental manner, starting with a limited percentage of users receiving the updates first. The broader rollout to all eligible devices is expected to begin in the next few days.

To manually check for the update on your OnePlus device, navigate to “Settings” > “System” > “System updates.” If the new OxygenOS update is available, simply follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life to avoid any issues during the update process.
